Fast answers to pricing questions.

Free lets you test a small creator-search workflow before paying: run basic discovery, check shortlist quality, and see whether CrowdCore can return relevant creators for your category.
Move to Starter when basic sourcing is working and you need higher monthly creator capacity, batch search, saved lists, guided setup, and lightweight exports for repeatable campaign work.
Choose Pro when your team is still manually watching videos, reading comments, and ranking fit one creator at a time. Pro adds deeper screening, AI ranking, video analysis, comment analysis, and bulk exports.
Scale is for teams that run creator research as an operating workflow: higher creator volume, larger tasks, scheduled refresh, private-pool management, API access, shortlist reports, and shared team capacity.
Talk to sales when you need a pilot, custom workflow terms, security review, private creator data handling, agency rollout, or volume beyond the self-serve plans.
Traditional databases are good at structured filters like follower range, engagement, category, and location. Trend tools are good at explaining what content is moving. CrowdCore combines both: structured creator search first, then content-grounded vetting across content style, brand fit, comments, risk, audience quality, and format fit, with shortlist decisions your team can reuse.
Yes. Plans can include video and comment analysis depending on tier. Pro adds deep video analysis and comment analysis; Scale expands monthly credits and automation.
Yes. CrowdCore supports AI-agent workflows through agent connectors, skills, AI-Native Vetting, and workspace API keys. API keys are machine access, not seats; usage counts toward workspace credits and each key can be logged and revoked.
Yes. Usage packs expand monthly limits without forcing an immediate plan change, including extra creator search capacity, video analysis credits, and comment analysis credits.
No. CrowdCore improves the quality and speed of creator discovery and vetting, but final campaign results still depend on offer, pricing, creative, outreach, fulfillment, and creator response rates. CrowdCore focuses on the controllable research layer: fit evidence, risk notes, backups, and reusable shortlist decisions.
Agencies should price client workflow usage around creator volume, vetting depth, exports, private pools, shortlist reports, and reporting cadence. Scale and Teams fit multi-client operations best.
Two factors determine your billed duration: the video window you submit, and — for Segment only — the number of segment definitions in your request. For both Creator vetting and Segment, if you specify start and end parameters, only that time range counts as your input duration. If you omit them, the full video duration is billed. Segment has one additional rule: each segment definition is charged separately, so your total billed duration equals the video window multiplied by the number of segment definitions. This multiplier does not apply to Creator vetting. For example, lets say you have a 1-hour video and set start and end time from 0 to 60 seconds. A call to Creator vetting bills 1minute. A call to Segment with 4 segment definitions bills 4 minutes — the 60-second window times 4. If you submit that same Segment call without specifying a time range, the full 60 minutes are multiplied by 4, resulting in 240 minutes billed. Trimming your video window and keeping your segment definitions focused are the most effective ways to reduce cost on Segment calls.
